Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
